Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an automatically renewing Sprigkin subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not erase your pet, memories, ideas, or drafts.
Cancel a Web subscription
- Sign in to Sprigkin.
- Open your profile or Account settings.
- Choose Subscription or Billing, then Manage billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription in the Stripe billing page and confirm.
If you cannot access your account, email contact@cluntra.com from the account email and say that you want to cancel. We may verify account ownership before processing the request, but will not require unrelated steps or make you listen to a sales pitch.
Web Standard is charged immediately and has no introductory trial. Cancelling in Stripe stops the next renewal and normally preserves full access through the period that has already been paid.
Cancel an App Store subscription
If Apple bills the subscription, use the in-app Manage Apple Subscription link when available, or open iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Sprigkin, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple recommends cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple controls the effective timing for Apple-billed plans.
Sprigkin cannot extend an Apple trial before Apple processes the cancellation. After Apple verifies that auto-renew is off, an eligible account may receive its single seven-day promotional offer in the native app. Apple and StoreKit remain authoritative for whether the offer can be redeemed and for its resulting renewal date.
When access changes
If Apple processes cancellation during an eligible App Store trial before its displayed end, the subscription ends without the first charge. If you cancel after payment, full access normally continues through the current paid period. The billing screen shows the effective date. After that, Sprigkin becomes read-only: you can still view and export your world, and nothing is deleted just because the subscription ended.
Resume or subscribe again
Before a scheduled Web cancellation takes effect, the Stripe billing page may let you undo the cancellation. After access ends, choose Subscription or Billing in your Sprigkin account and follow the offered resume or checkout path. A returning account does not receive another introductory trial. For Apple-billed plans, use Apple's Subscriptions settings to renew an expired subscription.
Refunds and deletion
Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. See the Refund Policy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Settings recommends managing an active subscription before account deletion and links to the appropriate provider, but it also offers an explicit immediate-delete option. Immediate Sprigkin account deletion does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription; Apple may continue renewing it until you cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.
