Refund Policy

This policy explains when a Sprigkin subscription charge may be refunded. It does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be limited under the law where you live.

Free beta access

Sprigkin is free while paid checkout is unavailable, so there is no subscription charge to refund. We will show the price, renewal terms, and any trial before asking for payment.

Web subscriptions billed by Stripe

Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. We do not normally provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation because full access continues through the already-paid period.

We will refund a verified duplicate charge or billing error. For an accidental first charge or accidental renewal, email contact@cluntra.com within seven calendar days of the charge. Include the Sprigkin account email, charge date, and a short explanation; never send a full card number. We will review the request promptly. Outside rights provided by law, approval of accidental-charge or service-issue refunds is discretionary.

Approved Web refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe says a card refund generally appears about 5–10 business days after it is submitted, depending on the bank; other payment methods can take longer.

App Store purchases

Apple, not Cluntra, processes and decides refund requests for purchases billed through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's eligibility rules and local consumer law apply. Contact us if you need product information to support the request, but we cannot issue an Apple-billed refund directly.

Trials, cancellation, and account deletion

Cancel before the trial end shown in your billing screen to avoid the first charge. Deleting an app or a Sprigkin account does not automatically cancel an Apple-billed subscription. Settings recommends managing an active subscription first but still offers explicitly confirmed immediate account deletion. For exact steps, see the Cancellation Policy.
